The team from InCompass provides a demonstration of the Interactive Racing Office (IRO) portal, which trainers can use for online entries, stakes nominations, and stall applications. More and more racetracks are utilizing IRO as an option, which offers trainers a modernized and streamlined system for communicating with racing offices. The presenters include InCompass Senior Vice President Chris Dobbins, Sales Manager George Duprey Jr., and Customer Support and Business Manager Sylvia Ratliff, as well as NYRA Racing Secretary Rob MacLennan.
