HISA requirements on vaccinations, Coggins and health certificates go into effect on Jan. 1, 2023. Dr. Rick Arthur moderates a panel on the subject including Dr. Moe Long from the University of Florida, who provides information on diseases and vaccines; Dr. Jennifer Durenberger who discusses outbreaks; and HISA's Steve Keech, who reviews entering the data on the HISA portal.
