Moderator Dr. Mary Scollay-Ward, the Executive Director & COO of the Racing Medication and Testing Consortium, leads a panel that includes Dr. Jaclyn Bradley of Prairie Meadows, Dr. Will Farmer, the Equine Medical Director of Churchill Downs, and Dr. Lynn Hovda, the Chief Commission Veterinarian for the Minnesota Racing Commission as they discuss the challenges they face and the vision of the future.
